Hive to Table Tasting with Killer Bees
Join us for an enchanting evening at Mill Pond Pavilion for our Hive to Table Tasting. This unique culinary experience celebrates the art of honey-making and its delightful flavors infused into a delightful dinner.
Local beekeeper Sean Collinsworth and his “Queen Bee,” Denise Altay, from Killer Bees Honey, will captivate you with an informative presentation about the complete honey-making process. Their honey, certified by the Italian Registry of Honey Sensory Experts, promises to elevate your tasting experience.
Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a refreshing cocktail featuring one of the honeys to be showcased during the evening. As Sean and Denise share their expertise, guests will enjoy a sampling plate with a variety of small bites to taste each honey while hearing the story of its origination.
Following the presentation, a fresh salad will be served to prepare your palate for the main event. Executive Chef Rafael Meza will curate a delectable buffet menu featuring a protein, vegetable, and starch, all creatively incorporating Killer Bees’ honey. The specific menu is to be determined but promises a culinary journey like no other.
