Holiday Tree Lighting & Culinary Evening
Kick off the holiday season with our cozy Lake Club Tree Lighting event! Join us at this special edition of Happier Hour for an evening filled with festive cheer, Christmas music, and the glow of twinkling lights. Sip on hot cocoa or cider, enjoy a specialty menu from Chef Andy, and gather with friends and family as we light up the Lake Club’s holiday tree together. This is the perfect chance to embrace the season’s magic, make new memories, and celebrate the joy of the holidays in the heart of nature.
Pri Fixe Menu (in addition to our regular dinner menu):
Price: $45 for homeowners, $55 for guests
Appetizers:
Jingle Bell Jalepeno Cornbread
Reindeer’s Refresher Salad- Chopped Romaine, adorned with toasted walnuts, sugar cranberries and thinly sliced pears. Served with a light balsamic dressing
Entree:
Christmas Chicken Bruschetta- Deep fried chicken breast smothered in a lemon caper beurre blanc and topped with a fresh tomato bruschetta, lightly drizzled with balsamic glaze and fresh basil

Portobello Mushrooms with Fried Goat Cheese and Balsamic Glaze- Portobello caps, marinara, spinach, fried goat cheese, balsamic glaze
Sides:
Santa’s Snowy Cauliflower au Gratin- Creamy cauliflower, smoked gouda cheese baked with crispy panko topping
Winter Wonderland Harvest- Roasted butternut squash and brussel sprouts with cranberries and goat cheese crumbles
Dessert:
Rooted in Tradition Yule Log Cake- Chocolate sponge cake, vanilla cream cheese frosting
