We had a blast gathering the Bear Lake Reserve family for our 2022 HOA Weekend. From a lovely meal at the mountaintop to a spooky golf tournament, check out some of the highlights from this memorable weekend as we look forward to a bright future together.
Homeowners Potluck at The Overlook

What better way to kick off the weekend than gathering for a family feast on top of the mountain? There wasn’t a cloud in the sky for our Homeowners Potluck at The Overlook on Thursday, and the delicious dishes everyone brought perfectly complemented the lovely weather and views. Just look at those fall colors against the horizon!
Halloween Bash

HOA Weekend also happened to be Halloween Weekend, and we celebrated accordingly at the Lake Club with our Halloween Bash on Friday. Community members young and old dressed in their best costumes as we played games, enjoyed treats, and danced the night away.
Fall Festival

The possibility of rain on Sunday forced us to push our Fall Festival forward to Saturday, but that didn’t stop the Bear Lake Reserve family from coming together. We had a wonderful time playing lawn games, carving pumpkins, and enjoying a scenic hayride around the community amidst the vibrant colors of autumn.
Goblin Golf

Bear Lake Reserve’s best golfers dressed up and teed off for our annual Goblin Golf Tournament on Saturday. Thank you to everyone who participated, and congratulations to our winners:
1st – Hannah and John Green
2nd – Hannah and Jay Frattini
3rd – Jenny Elkins and Peter Jinks
Mainspring Hike to Flat Creek Falls

While some were competing and cheering on our golfers, others joined our friend Kedler from Mainspring Conservation on a hike to Flat Creek Falls. We learned more about local flora and fauna on this educational excursion, culminating in breathtaking up-close views of the waterfall.
Lake Club Live with Ada

After a morning of meetings and an afternoon of outdoor activities, we gathered in the evening for our very first Lake Club Live featuring Ada Khoury. This well-traveled singer-songwriter from Texas gave us an inspiring performance as we enjoyed delicious drinks, heavy appetizers, dancing, and sharing stories. Check out a clip of the show above!
Green Energy Park Art

Talented artists from Green Energy Park joined us on Friday and Saturday to demonstrate their skills of glassblowing, blacksmithing, and torchwork. They brought a wide variety of unique and colorful creations for sale, allowing homeowners to purchase beautiful, locally crafted artwork for their homes.
