Bear Creek Lake is our community’s crown jewel, and our full-service marina makes it a breeze to get out and enjoy the water your way. Cruise with family in one of our pontoons, enjoy an excursion with friends in kayaks or canoes, or crank things up a notch with our ski boat and watersport equipment.

Sharing is caring! That’s why we’re extending access to some of our finest amenities to daily visitors through our Local Play program. This unique opportunity allows you to enjoy Bear Lake Reserve as a single-day guest, including boat rentals and lake experiences at our Marina.

Save time! Fill out your waivers before you get here!

Marina Motorized Waiver Packet

Required for any pontoon or motorized boat reservation. This must be signed each day that a reservation occurs.

Marina Non-Motorized Waiver Packet

Required for any Kayak, Paddleboard, or Canoe reservations. Including Paddle Club members. This must be signed each day that a reservation occurs.

Marina Slip Rental Agreement

Required for any individuals storing their boat in the water at one of our marina's slips. This only needs to be signed once per season.

Bear Lake Reserve Trailer/Boat Storage Agreement

Required for any individuals storing their boat or trailer on property at our Fallsbrook boat storage facility. This agreement is different from a slip rental agreement and is not required if you're not using our dry storage location.
