Every Club we researched is increasing fees in 2022, mainly because labor costs have dramatically increased. For example, at Bear Lake Reserve, our hourly labor costs have increased 50%-100% for most of our seasonal, hourly staff. 

2022 Fee Structure – To go in effect January 1st, 2022
· Club Dues – $445 per month – 12.9% increase ($51 increase per month)
· Initiation Fee – New Homeowners Only – $20,000 – 33% increase ($5,000 increase)
· Initiation Fee – for existing owners – $5,000 – same
