Join Chef Santi from Ilda as he brings his signature Cooking with Fire event to Bear Lake Reserve — a night of sizzling flavors, great company, and live music by the lake. Enjoy local beer and wine as you watch Chef Santi turn fresh, local ingredients into a sensory experience you’ll never forget. – an immersive experience of fire, flavor, and friends.

– Asado Passed Canapé  Experiencia at Bear Lake
⁃ Choripan: house made pork and shrimp sausage, local bakery mini baguette, smoked purple slaw, criolla sauce
⁃ Trout tarts, Bear lake wild chive sour cream, pickle rhubarb, Calabrian pepper oil
⁃ Rib eye taco, cilantro, chimichurri, fermented spring garlic
⁃ Local mushroom paella, saffron aioli, charred red pepper, herb salad
⁃ Smoked pork ribs, tamari and miso glaze, fried onions
