Harmony Hike: Shinrin-Yoku and Cacao Ceremony

Reset for the new year by entering a state of physiological relaxation on our Harmony Hike. Prior to the hike, you will participate in a Cacao Ceremony that will open your heart and allow you to fully immerse yourself in the experience of Shinrin-Yoku (also known as Forest Bathing). This practice originated in Japan and has been proven to regulate the nervous system, decrease stress, and promote overall wellbeing.
