Perfectly Paired Wine Dinner – Keenan Winery
Keenan Winery is a family-owned Napa Valley estate with a unique history, known for producing ultra-premium Bordeaux-style mountain wines. The property, originally planted in the late 19th century, but abandoned during prohibition, gained new life when purchased by Robert Keenan in 1974, and a new purpose when his son Michael assumed leadership in 1998.
Today, after replanting the vineyards and installing a solar power system that supplies all of the estate’s energy needs, the Napa Valley Vintners have recognized Keenan as a “green” winery. Focused on small-lot, concentrated mountain varietals, diners are sure to enjoy the offerings prepared, as well as the stories shared throughout the evening.
